NRRA’s Collegiate Research Insurance Shadow Program (CRISP) is our outreach program to encourage interested college students to build their future careers in this field
Student and University Benefits
NRRA gives students and young professionals an insider, real look into the captive insurance industry, as well as real-world experience shadowing and learning from the top industry experts and companies.
Participants of NRRA’s CRISP Program walk away with a comprehensive understanding of captive insurance and its benefits. Additionally, they will have connections in place to pursue an innovative, tech-focused, and entrepreneurial-minded career in the insurance sector.
Qualified students, colleges and universities participating in CRISP can join the NRRA for free.
